GDD questions


1.The GDD serves as a base or a blueprint  for your games and this can help the dev team to work on what is a there feet and build it up some big and small teams use this but one I know is that ubisoftd ose not use it as there team is so big that it would have people doing the same thing twice.

2.This will help the dev team in the future to make games that the older generation and newer to feel what it was in the past and also so that the games in the future is built already and they just add on to it

3.Is because so that the dev team don’t work on the same thing twice  a big example is ubisoft who don’t use gdd as there dev is big

4.A GDD helps with the vision of the game as you get a mission statement of the point of the game and also helps you see the vision of the game so you can see the game being created and tweaked in your hand so that is why a GDD is important for the vision of your game

5.With the GDD and the project planning it helps with making your games vision clearer and helps you improve it.also with the resource allocation helps you see what you need and what you want so it can be fitted into a buget

6 most companies that use a gdd use a cross-function comunication is where you have all members work on different things and as you go you add stuff on from suggestion that team members are giving.

7 the way company's use gdd to get investors is by showing the game potental so that companys can see the vision so that they can put there trust into you.
